This work introduces Forest Kitchen as part of Seoul’s premium tourism promotion, following French-born designer Sandra Meynier Kang, who creates sportswear from organic fabrics in Korea, as she visits Forest Kitchen to enjoy vegan cuisine and expresses her satisfaction with Korea’s vegan offerings.
